When I am working with your teen, we get to the root of problem behaviors. We understand WHY they are happening and what’s keeping you stuck in them. I will identify coping skills and help you actually implement them with systems to reinforce everyday use BETWEEN sessions.
Individual Talk Therapy
In addition to Walk and Talk therapy, I offer individual talk therapy as well. This means that we meet at my office for our session. We may incorporate other activities, such as games and coloring in to the session. This is the perfect option for teens who may not feel comfortable sharing outdoors, or who have an injury that does not allow for 50 minutes of walking.
