Mental health is still widely misunderstood in 2023. 

Misinformation and stereotypes surrounding mental health are incredibly dangerous and are still actively being spread and believed.

When people believe the lies and stigma surrounding mental health, it directly gets in the way of accessing resources they need to feel better.

The ONLY way to stop the stigma surrounding mental health is to inform yourself and educate others.
